Terms & Conditions

Exo – Tyohar Ki Chamak, Rewards Aapke Naam

1. Eligibility

  • Open to Indian residents aged 18 years and above only.
  • Employees of Jyothy Labs, RewardPort, their agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • Participation requires a valid Indian mobile number capable of receiving OTPs.

2. Campaign period

  • The promotion runs from 01 Oct 2026 to 29 Dec 2026 (90 days).
  • Purchases made outside this window are not eligible, irrespective of claim date.
  • The campaign runs across 9 cycles of 10 days each.

3. Participating packs

  • Exo Liquid 750 ml bottle and Exo Liquid 1.5 L pack purchased from any retail outlet in India.
  • Each unique invoice and pack may be claimed only once.

4. Claim submission and validation

  • Claims must include a legible invoice image and a clear photograph of the purchased pack.
  • Claims are validated automatically where possible; flagged claims undergo manual review within 48 working hours.
  • Claims may be rejected for unclear invoices, missing product images, ineligible SKUs, duplicate submissions or out-of-period purchases.
  • The decision of the campaign validation team is final.

5. Assured rewards

  • Every approved claim receives an assured ₹20 mobile recharge. 1,000 lucky claimants receive ₹100 instead.
  • Recharges are credited to the registered mobile number and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  • Lifestyle offers are third-party vouchers subject to the partner brand's own terms, validity and availability.

6. Lucky draw mechanics

  • 5 purchase winners and 5 UGC winners are selected per cycle, totalling 90 prizes.
  • Winners are selected through a randomised, auditable draw among approved entries for that cycle.
  • Results are announced on the 11th day of each cycle and published on the Winners page.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. UGC contest

  • Entries must feature the participating Exo pack, tag @exo.india and use #ExoTyoharKiChamak.
  • Entrants confirm ownership of submitted content and grant Jyothy Labs a licence to use it for campaign communication.
  • Offensive, misleading, duplicate or plagiarised content will be disqualified.

8. Prize fulfilment

  • Winners must complete KYC with a government-issued photo ID and address proof.
  • Prizes are dispatched within 30 working days of successful KYC verification.
  • If a winner is unreachable after three documented attempts across 15 days, the prize may be reallocated.
  • Applicable taxes, if any, are borne as per prevailing law.

9. Privacy

  • Personal data is collected only for validation, fulfilment and campaign communication.
  • Winner listings publish first name, surname initial, city and masked mobile number only.
  • Data is retained for the duration of the campaign plus statutory audit requirements, then deleted.
  • Consumers may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting the helpdesk.

10. General

  • Jyothy Labs reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion with prior notice.
  • Any attempt to defraud the promotion results in immediate disqualification and possible legal action.
  • This promotion is governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
